Baymont by Wyndham Tri-Cities/Kennewick WA

It was a pretty decent motel for the price. I was a bit shocked at the extra $15 charge for having a pet (I did not see this at all on Hotels.com page before hand). Once I got to my room I did see there was a $10 fee. I know its only a little bit, but I would rather have you charge me a $30 deposit and once you see my pet caused NO damage, refund the full amount. We brought him in, he laid down in his DOGGIE bed and didn't move all night! I could see if there was dog hair all over the sheets or something. Anyway, the motel was just fine, decent breakfast. First time I have seen it anywhere finally a place that DOESNT USE DISPOSABLE cups for the waffle batter! That is always such a waste, thank you for using a metal cup for this!!!! Everything was clean, though the entire hallway smelled of sewer gas but I couldn't tell if that was just the current ambient air quality outside or not. Had a great shower, mattress was a bit old, but fine for one night. I would definitely come back again.

The only complaint was that we were charged a $20 late check-in fee despite calling to let them know ahead of time. That being said, the hotel was excellent! Rooms were clean, AC worked, beds were comfortable, modern flat screen TV, a swimming pool /hot tub, and the continental breakfast was great! I loved the mini waffles. We'd be happy to stay here again

Being used to staying at 2-3 star hotels, this met my expectations nicely. The drive to the hotel was good, as it was not too hard to cross traffic, and the hotel was visible from far enough away that it was not hard to get into place for it. The staff are very friendly, prompt, and helpful. We were able to check in prior on my phone, so that made the process easier. The room was very nice, clean, and spacious. It could have just been this room in particular, but the way the shower curtain rod was mounted caused the curtain to slide, soaking the floor. Not a big deal, but still obnoxious. Breakfast was served every morning from 7-9, and was great. There was a variety, and plenty of it. The hotel was not too busy, which is nice considering that the stay was Friday-Sunday. I would recommend this hotel if you're in the area!

My wife and I were recently in Kennewick for her family reunion. Our stay at Baymont by Wyndham was very pleasant from the time we checked in to the time we left. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We found our room to smell fresh and clean as we walked in. The room was quiet -- clean -- and the King size bed was VERY comfortable. I would suggest better pillows as they were just okay. We've have stayed here for many times over the past 15 years -- once a year -- and the recent changes are very welcomed and money well spent!!! In comparison to other hotels we have stayed it in our "retirement" travels -- Baymont by Wyndham in Kennewick is right up there with the other local hotels and the price is just right!!! Oh -- and the breakfast -- very GOOD!!!! Thank you for all the kindness and hard work by all to help make our stay for the family reunion pleasant!!!!

While this is listed as a 2 star hotel, honestly this was a really great experience. I got a king bed room with a kitchen, and it was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Upon asking to borrow some pots and pans for cooking I got those plus they gave us two plates, two bowls, two forks, and two spoons. They had filtered water available at the front desk, a dog potty area right outside the building, and the overnight front desk person was absolutely wonderful and kind. My only issue was that there was no soap to clean kitchen things, but that's such a small thing! And surprisingly the included breakfast wasn't just boxed cereal and packaged pastries like I expected. There was fresh bread for toast, cereal in containers, scrambled eggs, home fries, sausage links, and an honest to goodness waffle iron and waffle batter to make your own waffles. I will definitely be going there again.

The pool and hot tub(I saw a review on Expedia that hot tub was out of order three days ago but now it’s available) were amazing! The water was really clean and water temp was perfect. My girls(4,5yr old) spent 2 hours swimming and enjoying hot tub. The room was clean and neat, and got all we needed. We totally recommend this place and will come back again for sure!

Very comfortable beds, friendly staff and great that they had the free complimentary breakfast, love the coffee, would recommend to friends and family, looking forward to another visit in the summer for niece graduation

Nice property, friendly staff and really good breakfast. Quiet and comfortable rooms. We were able to walk to eat dinner. This hotel was nicer than others that claim to be higher end.
